Core features

Micro-Lobbies

Short rooms built for five to twelve players. Quick matchmaking that favors momentum over grind.

Live Editor

Tweak geometry, test hazards, and publish custom challenges in seconds. Editor autosaves locally.

Retro Skins

Collect palettes and particle packs. Cosmetic items are small, expressive, and shareable.

How NeonForge flows

  1. Quick match: join a seeded lobby or invite friends with a one-tap code.
  2. Edit & test: open the editor mid-session to try small changes without restarting play.
  3. Publish short: share micro-challenges to the Discover feed for fast plays and fast feedback.

Latency targets are tuned for mobile; we favor compact state syncing and deterministic physics to keep every collision predictable.

Our design story

Built by players who miss the noise of arcades, NeonForge mixes experimental tools with short matches. The project began as a series of prototypes meant to test level brevity and social reward loops. Players kept making clever traps; the rest is iteration.

Players say

"Perfect for quick breaks. The editor is oddly therapeutic — I keep making tiny courses and sharing them."
